Med staff has high turnover and most of med staff are new and inexperienced. Care staff has been there for decades and are qualified but seem disgruntled and disinterested in providing attentive care. Administrative staff is overwhelmed and not thorough in their paperwork and attention to detail. Ex: On day 4 of my parent's stay, I discovered they were giving him less than half of his daily dosage of a critical medication.

Usual problems of staffing--very hard to find good people in this low-paying atmosphere; Nursing staff totally overlooked accelerating problem in husband's care. Might be satisfactory for residents with very stable medical conditions-attractive setting
