Dad ended up there for rehab after a stay in the hospital for Covid. The main phone line was very rarely answered. You could try calling multiple times throughout the day and into the evening and not get through to anyone. If you did get through to someone's voicemail, calls were rarely returned. We were not allowed to visit Dad due to Covid restrictions. His condition upon discharge was absolutely shocking. His extremely frail condition was never explained to the family. We were always told that he was "stable". He passed away 3 months after discharge from this horrible place.
