Tristan did a complete remodel of my backyard including landscaping, drip irrigation, and lighting. He is a great designer and incorporated my goals into the plan. He is up front about costs, provides formal contracts, and the project was completed on time and on budget. He also oversees all the work himself. There is a wait time from putting down your deposit to start of project -- but he was up front about that as well, and this is pretty standard in Seattle. I chose to be present during the project to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Tristan hires laborers for the heavy work but he is on site, monitoring and working side by side with them every day. When I wanted some adjustments to the lighting once it was done, he was willing to make those changes. I highly recommend working with him.
