Rebecca and team are ultra-positive and fun people to work with and have a fun sense of design and color. They provided much help on a recent small kitchen and bath project. However, make sure this team is a fit before hiring. It's a "millennial business" so you will provide your input by making a Houzz or Pinterest page and submitting it electronically. Your communication between appointments will be by email. They do much of their research on the web rather than in showrooms. Downsides? Less knowledge about fixtures, appliances, etc. for kitchen and bath. They don't thoroughly vet what they are recommending in those areas. They are simply pulling ideas from websites. We had to do much vetting of their recommended products. Fortunately, we found a great plumbing store to educate us about sinks and faucets! Also, you are buying a package with strictly limited timetables. Once your time runs out, you are done. Follow-up work is sold as a package ($450 per week) so it's not feasible just to ask a few questions later. They recommend select contractors, but they don't have many recommendations in each area - usually just one. Some recommendations are pulled from the internet and they have not personally worked with those people. Having said this, this service worked to motivate me and I enjoyed working with them, so I would recommend it to those who are comfortable with the work style discussed above.
