We have had 3 custom homes built and done 5 remodels, so we are fussy and quite involved. CCH did a $500K addition and remodel on a 1935 home for us. They were reluctant but eventually let us manage some of the subs. They have a very experienced team, great relationships with their subs (the subs jump when CCH says jump), and were right on schedule. Very efficient, well run organization with exceptional communication skills. This type of service didn't come cheap but they were reasonable when we had a couple of disputes about what was done and the cost. Highly recommend
