Not Recommended
Called many times after being informed we were not going with their bid. Left long and rambling messages about what to look for in a roofing contract. Weird.

The Fenix crew did a great job on our Tacoma and Seattle houses. Seattle had the complexity of additional gutters and tough-to-reach areas on our deck roof and they figured it out. Their pricing is very fair, especially for repeat customers. Not our lowest bid but certainly a great price for a quality job with thorough clean-up. Our only problem came as part of a communication problem between their estimator, main office, and work crew. The "boss' brother" was on our work crew, but only spoke Portugese so had difficulty communicating questions to us or directions to his helper. There was considerable discussion needed to resolve what was included in our quote but he was honest and thorough in working through the details and getting us taken care of.
