Great service, always communicate with me, are a fiduciary company. They have my best interests at heart, are independent of any fund company, and are fee managed, so constant costs. Pacific Crest is small, solid and ethical ( I have been with 4 other financial companies prior, these 4 all had higher costs both management and fund fees, but the most annoying was changing advisors every couple of years.) Pacific Crest is a 2 person company and whomever answers the phone knows me. Found them through a link in a Consumer Reports Financial Advisor article. Highly recommend.
