A great doctor that takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them in a helpful manner.

He does not care about his patients like a doctor should. The Polyclinic is a mess since it was bought over by United Healthcare and their model is not to rely on the care of a specific doctor rather any doctor who they can fit you in to see. I started trying to get an appt in August and he canceled two appts for a family member who was falling and clearly in danger. He did not make an effort to fit her in or help us to get what we needed. His support staff is not good. I would not recommend anyone go to him if they have ongoing issues unless they want to see just any old MD in this practice. I asked for an ADA accommodation and it fell on deaf ears, it's a 37-year-old Federal Law.... I was like dealing with Ma Bell. No mas.

Best primary care doctor I've ever had. Truly listens and understands.
