We have used Union Bay for many years to service several different vehicles (domestic and imported). I trust them to always do the right thing. They find issues we were unaware of. Their pricing is fair; their work is excellent. They moved farther away from us several years ago but we still go to them because they have always done a very good job for us.

When our old mechanic retired, I tried several garages in our area before Union Bay moved into his old space in Lake City. Union Bay has been superior to the other 4 garages we tried in every way, and we'll continue to do business with them, and happily give them our money.

I went there because my very trustworthy service provider retired. I took it in for an oil change, which they did, and they were to look it over for other needs, since it was the first time they had seen the car. I forgot to point out the battery, but anyone who actually looked at the engine would see that it was crusted over and should have been tested. It drained rapidly a few days later. The woman at the front desk apologized nicely and agreed that they should have tested the battery. It was so obviously in bad shape, that I have very little faith that they will correctly repair less obvious issues. My previous PERFECT car service trusted them enough to sell his business to them, but I'm looking for another mechanic. First thing Scott ever did to disappoint me, in maybe 30 years, was to retire and sell his business to them.
