Told me we needed new spark plugs as old ones were worn and "they only last 3-5 years". I pointed out that they themselves had replaced the spark plugs 18 mos prior. Service agent said woops, "sometimes the mechanic just says that based on milage and hasn't actually pulled the plug to look at it". Misleading and dishonest approach
