One disappointment is that they no longer wash the car after servicing. At least not for the smaller jobs, not sure about the larger ones. Also, an oil change took about 2.5 hours!!!

I had some warranty service done by Pierre Chevrolet, and as far as I can tell, the work was done just fine. The problem arose when I discovered that they had removed my license plate covers from the dealership where I bought my car and replaced them with their dealership covers. They never asked me if they could do this, and never informed me at any time that they were switched out. I flipped out when I discovered what they had done. It was extremely underhanded and I will never use them again for that reason.
