We have used Lioe's for years and they have taken good care of our cars. While they have become more expensive in the last few years, I chalk it up to labor costs and overhead like everywhere else. Mostly, they are fast and dependable if not personable, and it's great to have your car back quickly when they say it will be done. I believe the prices are likely fair, though I haven't shopped around.

Brought my own quality part that I knew was bad. They said that was okay to do. I had my car towed there. They confirmed the problem but said they couldn't use my part...no reason given. It was a quality brand...not generic. Since I had the car towed on, I had no choice but to approve their repair. They charged over $500.00 for the part...mine was 275.00. When I went to the auto parts store to return it, they said shops will do that so they can make additional profit...also many use the cheapest parts available. Not saying thats what Lioe's did, but looking at the repair, it wasn't a factory part which is usually the most expensive.

Kenny does the service I request and any additional jobs required, after informing me of the problem. He also tells me what setvices may be needed in the future. The work is finished when promised. Everyone the office is friendly and pleasant. Prices are reasonable.
