Chatted on line to get a call back for service. Never heard back. Called service department directly 24 hours later and first question was if I had ever taken my car to their shop. No. Then told next appointment for a general service and oil change was 6 weeks in the future. I can only guess they must be slammed for staffing, but there was only a take it or leave it attitude. I declined.
