Your prices are Way Out of Date!! You show them at $111/hr, and they quoted me $154.84/hr!! (I found similar discrepancies at other auto shops, which I'll note for you. However, it brings into question your whole premise of being able to help us make informed decisions!!)

The service advisor is always polite and helpful. And some of the technician is good, some of them are bad, but you do not have a control to select which technician to work on your car.
