Virgil's expertise with the peculiarities of housing cooperatives saved and continues to save my HOA over twelve thousand dollars each and every year. Walking into his office feels like I've crossed some dimensional portal from a universe where accounting is mercilessly mind-bending into one where it backs good sense and can solve actual problems. I'm a person that others often find easy to dismiss, but have never sensed any attitude other than friendly, patient respect and professionalism from him. He can take a while to get things done when we're not in a rush, but when we're in a time crunch he always pulls through.
