My homeowner's insurance brought them in on an emergency basis for water mitigation. It took over 4 weeks of high powered heated fans blowing to dry the place out. Then the flooring was removed along with fixtures, ceilings, electrical, some plumbing, and lots of stuff. I have absolutely no knowledge of pricing or what good performance/results should actually be. I haven't brought in any repair companies (contractors?) yet as I don't have a clue where to start.
