Staff was willing and trying - the problem was an electronic fault which reset when the plug-in hybrid battery died and then jump started. They were unable to get any computer fault to register to diagnose and Ford was not able to help. Sound did not charge for the computer time as no fault registered and the problem disappeared after the hard reboot. It did take several days and the staff was dealing with a staff shortage during this period. Overall they were communicative and tried to determine the problem. I did have to call each day to get an update.
