On the plus side they offer less costly product to replace a more costly choice that just as suitable. One of their measurements did no account for curved wall and my general contractor had to move the wall board to allow the wall slab to be installed. Additionally, they lost part of the slab they were retaining for the second bathroom. They did find another product to replace it that fortunately was a match for portion lost.

I reached out to AVRIO after reading good reviews on checkbook and getting limited information from other installers. AVRIO was fast in their quote, answered all my questions, and their price was the best. I already knew what I wanted, so I can't rate their storeroom. There did appear to be a breakdown in communication between the scheduler and the the people doing the work. The workmen often called us the day or weekend before to confirm the appointment time and it would be the first time we learned of the appointment. While we could have changed the time if needed, we were always able to make it work. We were really impressed with the person doing the templating. He noticed some issues with the spacing around our sink and helped us come up with a solution. Overall, we were pleased with AVRIO and would work with them again.
