I did not like the first salesman I spoke to becasuse he didn't seem to know much about the products and did not ask me much about what I was looking for. When he walked away I asked a saleswoman if she could work with me. She said they don't switch salespersons once you start with one. So I walked out. I was looking for new hardwood flooring and carpeting for my entire home. They lost a customer becaue they would not let me switch to more knowledge salesperson. Really stupid policy!
