they were prompt - and professional - but it took them 5 minutes literally to get a bruch out of my dryer vent and the bill was almost $200. They had no consessions on this price. so felt is was very expensive.

Bad experience with one of their products, Navien gas tankless water heater had expensive gasket. Took a few years to solve problem. Works now without spending $300 or more to replace gasket.
