Recommended
There are times it takes a long time for call lights to be responded to. The food is adequate, certainly nothing to brag about. The carpeting in the main hallway was taken out months ago and the project never completely finished. The rooms need painting and re-wallpapering for YEARS now. Most of the staff are kind, gentle and caring. There are a few who should be let go.

Not Recommended
Several years ago I would have recommended this facility no problem. However now, even though they have remodeled and the facility looks better the care was horrible. PT was a joke too.
