Had my van towed to the dealership since it would not start. My battery connection was the problem. They fixed the issue which was my positive cable - it was very corroded and they replaced it. Also, I had them aim my headlights correctly at the same time. They did a horrible job with that and my headlights are no better now than before they worked on them. Here's the kicker. They verbally quoted me a price of around $200.00 for both jobs. I showed up and the price was over $400.00 and I complained to the cashier at the service department about this. He said something about extra labor costs with no details. I called the shop when I got home hoping to speak the manager. No success there so I left a LOT of messages without a call back. I did an online check to see what the most I should have paid for the work they did. Turns out that the maximum should have been around $230.00. I did contact the B.B. as well as Consumer Affairs, and I wrote to the complaint department of the Attorney General in WA about this. Avoid this shop like the plague.

I originally went in to have a window repaired that had fallen inside the door of my Ram 1500. I then asked them to check into an airbag and check engine light. I was charged a diagnostic fee which I thought was reasonable. They provided me with repair estimates and options. Although, I didn't want to pay out $1,400 that these repairs cost me. I thought that it was reasonable for a dealer performing the service. The service advisor, Joe, responded promptly to my inquires and voice mails that I left him.
