Puyallup is a tight knit group of employees that work really well together as a team. They installed a Carrier hybrid gas furnace/ heat pump to replace our 67 year old oil furnace. The two day installation was very smooth and professional. The gas furnace draft inducer was on the loud side, so they replaced it, completely solving that. I would highly recommend Puyallp - they are highly competent and have high integrity from the top down. Pricing was very competitive.

All in all great experience with this company. Only small glitch was the initial salesperson who provided a quote - believe this person left the company and quote was not recorded properly. Had 2 ductless heat/air units installed - workers arrived promptly, curteous, answered questions/seeked feedback during installation (no suprises) knowledgable making installation very painless. Everything working smoothly!
