The service is expensive, roughly doubling our monthly costs. They require specially-marked bags for recyclables, bags they helpfully provide at a premium. The service is spotty and erratic. A pickup truck drives around the complex, picking up the bagged trash and recyclables and takes them to the onsite compactor. Remind me again: why am I paying for someone to 'drive' my trash 100 feet??? Wow. What a privilege. They didn't last 6 months at our complex; 'staffing' issues.
