We used Rover after a disastrous experience with a placed called Lady Di Pet Charperone in Seattle. We were pleased with the person's profile of herself and reached out to see if she could work with us. The communications was easy and pleasant. She respected the basic rules that we shared about our dog. It was simple, straightforward, no drama, she didn't march to her own tune the way the previous dog sitter did, and our dog always came back to us healthy and happy, so we really appreciate her!
