There is an excellent presentation of flooring choices, but no option to "test".

Empire had to reschedule me 3 times because they did not have enough installers available, their van broke down, the arriving installers saw my piano and said they were not allowed to move pianos. I was not told that up front so had to hire a piano mover and reschedule. If I had been employed I would have had to take 3 days off work instead of just one.
