Best buy's management behavior is very sneaky . If one should miss a SMALL PRINT detail it could result in return action. If your item was shipped to you then you have the option to ship back or return to the store. Better go to the store. I had a lot of trouble with the best buy shipping label, sent to my email. It wouldn't print. When I called for help I discovered that ALL the phone clerks I spoke to were/are dishonest. Told me things like "it has already been credited back to you". Ha ha. I didn't have a refund then and I still don't have one. I tried to return a $300+ item that they were able to mislead me about past a fifteen day return period. When I asked to speak to a supervisor there were more lies. Never talked to a manager or supervisor. And, because of the small print, they are still refusing a refund. So I have a $300+ item I still cannot use. I've had much better treatment by Walmart and Target (and almost everybody else).

Bought a refrigerator--lots of floor models to look at. Delivery crew was great, experienced, polite, quick and professional.
