My wife and I are new to having a rental property. Marilyn at Windemere has been super helpful and dependable. She has a deep bench of resources that she draws on to help with home maintenance and repairs. And once, during a plumbing emergency, she was able to rustle up a new hot water tank, a plumber and an electrician all on short notice. Very resourceful!
