In the past, we tended to avoid using dealerships for our car repairs. But we tried Bruce Titus Ford a few years ago and now they are where we go. They are straightforward, honest, and easy to deal with. We especially appreciate that, unlike many car repair shops, they do not give us a listed of "needed" maintenance things that really are not needed.

We've been customers of Bruce Titus since early 2017. They have always been courteous and helpful on the phone, as well as in the shop. They have done excellent work for us since we bought our Edge and 150 Pick Up Truck. All recall issues, scheduled maintenance, questions, and a couple of tweaks after purchase were handled professionally but they made us feel like family members instead of just customers..
