I have on record been diagnosed with bipolar depression and OCD and PTSD and I requested the first time I saw the psychiatrist that I needed to be put on medication and on my charts on my history you can see that I have been on medications before and even was able to tell her the name of medications that I was on and she never put me on any type of medication and I had seen her several times and requested to be put on some type of medication to help with my symptoms every single appointment that I had with her I requested that and she never put me on any medications which was really frustrating I felt like she wasn't listening and it was going nowhere and I wasn't getting the help that I actually need so I just stop showing up to the appointments
