We were so impressed with the whole process. The first step was an appointment with an employee of the firm who looked thoroughly at the porch we needed to replace and took pictures. We received an estimate via the internet and then in writing. After vetting two other contractors, we chose to go with this firm. A start date was fixed, the carpenter showed up on time, wore a mask when appropriate, finished on time and cleaned up the entire site. His work was impeccable and we were very pleased with our choice.
