Work included electrical servicing on two buildings, electrical panel replacement and mapping, furnace repair and even an outdoor plumbing repair. The electrical is extremely complex and took longer than expected to identify issues, but the team didn't give up. We were so satisfied that we purchased their servicing contract. It has already paid off.

Not sure I would recommend this company only because I'm not sure our furnace is very efficient compared to the brand we had previously. We are also suppose to have 2 - 6 month maintenance checkups with free filters the first year. We finally called for our first 6 month because they had not contacted us. I thought the 2 men who installed the equipment were efficient, on time and cleaned up the area but when they inspector came out he had them change a couple of things which they did immediately. We would have gone with a different company but after having several others come out they were backlogged 6 to 8 weeks and temperatures were over a 100 and I have asthma and needed the a/c. This company was higher than a few of the others and they had the brand I would have rather gone with.

Black Hills Home Services has been an awesome company to work with since I bought my furnace in 2014. Excellent installation and maintenance. Their employees are always polite and knowledgeable.
