Tom at the service desk helps me plan and strategize all of my repairs based on priority and costs. There is no extra charge for this service, but it has proven priceless. Trust--very important--is a part of our 6 year relationship. On two occasions Smart Service made good on their warranty. Multiple coupons and discounts are offered from time to time, which I try to take advantage of when possible. Tom always gets my vintage Subaru on the schedule when the repair is urgent. Easy to do business with. They are the best!
