Managers/coordinators are great. The care givers are okay, some didn't have patience for caring for my parent. My parent had trouble understanding and following direction because he was hard of hearing and had dementia. The care giver was at full speed ahead while my parent was at a much slower pace. I did wish the agency have their care givers wear scrubs/uniform, for hygiene reasons.

We had several different care givers over the course of a couple weeks. One friendly, one down right rude, the others indifferent. None were self-starters when it came to getting things done. Had to point things out and ask for the obvious to be done.

They are unable to retain staff due to extremely low wages/health benefits offered to their employees. The turnover rate is very high and as a result there are very few excellent employees. If you do go with this agency, ask for Linnea Boehm who is trustworthy, competent, compassionate, dependable, and reliable– – By far their best employee!
