Complicated conversion from a dual zone gas furnace to two heat pumps. There were some issues mostly from bad bad luck that resulted in a number of visits to get one of the units working. They stuck with it and got it all working. Response on follow-up service calls has been very good.

This company goes the extra mile to accommodate clients' needs. They did a difficult job for me many years ago cramming a new HVAC unit into a small closet and finding a way to run heat ducts into 2 rooms that had no heat. Last year when they did the annual inspection I asked if they could inspect the ducts in my crawl space because I had rat damage and they repaired 2 ducts for minimal extra cost.
