This company is the WORST! Failed to answer phones. Did not return calls and messages. Removed an exhaust vent and failed to repair/replace it. Would not return to finish work. Failed to show up for five appointments. NOT recommended!

They recommended and I agreed to a particular furnace. When the installers arrived,the agreed to furnace did not fit in the allotted space (which was measured before hand). However, everyone was very polite, a substitute was found in a few hours, and the install completed by day's end.
