Repairs are always diagnosed promptly and an accurate estimate prepared. Work is done quickly and carefully, no need for a return to fix something missed. If need for additional parts or labor is discovered during the repair process, they immediately call for authorization, no surprise billings here.

I've had these folks do minor routine maintenance on our vehicles... but the person behind the desk has always been desultory towards women. Also the last time we had an oil change, 3 weeks later our engine blew up because of lack of oil! He tried to say that the car suddenly burned up all the oil in three weeks leaving it dry -- but we would have noticed. It was bone dry. He said that if it had oil in it, it wouldn't have blown up. But they never took responsibility, or even said they were sorry, after NOT putting oil back into our car after maintenance. I'll never go there again.
