Windows & Glass installed new Milgard windows, sliding doors, and skylights on our home. They were the easiest company to deal with when getting quotes - no hard sell, no pushing us into unnecessary upgrades, just great advice and rock solid service. The Milgard windows they installed look great, and installation went very well. The cost was fabulous - 30% less than what the next best place (Pella) was asking for. They were also very responsive as we asked over email for updated quotes as we made our final changes - really great service. Caveats: they are a small shop, very Mom & Pop, with the "sales rep" also being the owner and the chief installer. So if you're looking for a high touch, white glove experience during the sales pitch you won't get that here. Similarly, while they did an adequate job vacuuming & cleaning up, it wasn't the "we tarp and seal off the whole window during installation" that Pella promised. So, we had a little bit of cleanup which I was perfectly happy to do for the price difference compared to that "high touch" experience. Similarly, they don't have a lot of storage, so as the windows arrived from the factory, there wasn't a ton of flexibility on when to schedule the install - we needed to be flexible. None of this makes me regret in the slightest, going with Windows & Glass, but it is something to understand if you're also comparing them to the Pella and Anderson mega-corps. As an extra bonus, they were the only company we found that was also willing to replace our skylights - saving us another round trip of finding companies and getting quotes. I loved that they were able to do everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend Windows & Glass.

Although we weren't in their service area, they said they would replace and install a new window where one had broken. Their price sounded reasonable to me and their service was outstanding. I heartily recommend them!!

I had an excellent experience with this company and would use them again. They arrived on time as scheduled and completed all the work on time. They paid attention to detail and made sure each window was installed correctly. I appreciated their advice which included clear explanations of options and comparing cost to value of several special requests. They also did a great job of keeping the work areas cleaned up.
