Professional, clean, and ethical. I highly recommend Banah Home Services. We hired them for a kitchen and bathroom rebuild, following mitigation services due to a water leak from our refrigerator. Scope of work was to demo and install flooring, install and patch all impacted drywall, paint/trim, install cabinets, demo and install backsplash and reinstall range hood, sinks, and toilet. We love the end result and cannot wait to prepare a home cooked meal using what feels like a brand new modern “smart” kitchen. After months of fast food, pet boarding, and understaffed restaurants and hotels, moving back home is going to feel FANTASTIC. We chose a local cabinet manufacturer out of Sumner (Bellmont) that specializes in “frameless” (ie. European style) cabinets. We love the sleek, modern look. But getting them to look great, especially on out-of-plumb walls, is NOT a job for inexperienced or sloppy workers. We are VERY impressed with every aspect of this build. The project took a couple days more than planned, and we had to adjust a couple things along the way, but such design/build agility is, in my opinion, a key element to any successful build. But the true key, and why I highly recommend BHS and why I would hire them again, is the PEOPLE. We like “buying local”. Banah Home Services has Northwest roots and has been providing service here for years. They also have experience in ADA compliant housing. Ross and Dan were respectful of our home and always showed up on time and ready to work. They take great pride in their craftsmanship, work as a team, and love the Mariners. The project completed on Opening Day and the M’s beat the Guardians 3-0. Truly BLESSED. Lonnie put together a competitive bid and managed the project start to finish. His patience and relaxed communication style made this project successful. Five stars all around.
