Can't argue about their ability to get the job done quickly and safely. Big crew, 4 trucks got the job done in just one hour (to get tree off house and logs/brush hauled away/chipped). I went with them because I wanted a crane crew due to the tricky positioning of tree/house and they had a good rep in the neighborhood. Seem good for big or dangerous jobs. However, communication about the extent of services was not well handled - they re-used my tarp to cover the hole in the roof without asking me if I wanted a different one (it had nail holes in the middle, and wasn't really big enough) and charged me $350 to, in essence, just pull the nails off my old tarp and then nail it back on. In hindsight I should have done that myself, saved $330, and gotten better coverage in the bargain. Also, I got two different written quotes from them from different personnel and one was 15% higher, there was no advice on getting the stump ground after they left, etc. But if it is your first time dealing with a tree having fallen on your house, and you have insurance, they are a solid bet. If you already have experience with a tree falling on your house in the past, I'd explore other companies or even individuals to save money (over $2000 savings are easily possible if you have time to deal with the situation and vet other crews for bond/license/insurance).

We have used them twice and it's a pleasure to watch this highly organized team in action. And when they leave, the site is cleaner than before.

they cut 2 tall large trees a couple of feet from may large garage and on my neighbors fence line. cut stumps to the ground, took large logs away and chipped the rest which my neighbor wanted. cut a 3rd tree down to very small height as wanted by my neighbor. very quick and cleaned EVERYTHING they cut, not even a leaf remained. beautiful job overall. i would never use anyone else. price was right in the middle of all other bids. other bidders were fairly unreliable over coming to bid in a timely manor or price or ridiculous long lead times or even returning my calls. this company has live humans answering the phone, and actually returning calls. LOVE THEM.
