these people submitted my IRS return without my signature and would not give me my paperwork until i signed my form. I was told they had already submitted it. I reached out to their leader but she never bothered to respond back. Plus they charged me twice as much for doing my return as a similar return processed by another accountant.

I made an appointment and the person never showed up. I saw another person who had an opening but they were not familiar with my situation and needed more time. The return could not be completed on first visit. I had to call to find out when it would be finalized. It was not an ideal situation.
