I recently had my attic remediated for mold by Environix. From the detailed and thorough initial inspection by Ryan, communications from office manager, MarVel, to the excellent work by technician, David, I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I especially appreciate David’s patience and professionally handling of my myriad of questions along the way. The path that led me on this journey began when my doctor diagnosed me with mold toxicity and suggested I have the house inspected. I was due for a roof replacement and chose an excellent roofer, Tekline, who pointed out some mold in my attic. They highly recommended Environix and I had them out for a more thorough inspection. Inspector Ryan provided a detailed assessment and several photos outlining the problems. We scheduled the remediation within a couple weeks and the job was completed in five hours. I don’t know if it’s my imagination, but I feel as though the home air quality improved right away following the completion of the job. It was an added bonus that Environix and my excellent roofer, Tekline, coordinated perfectly, making sure all my vents now connected properly. Knowing now that our rainy northwest is notorious for home mold intrusion, I will be scheduling Environix for the remainder of the house as well as follow-up inspections every few years.

Mold remediation in attic. Quote was fair and all work was completed to spec in one pass, but there was unexpected attic insulation movement caused by the work that blocked some ventilation. Company went to great lengths to get it all fixed it all within 24 hours, and was very professional throughout.

Needed a quick inspection for possible mold and repair recommendation before closing on purchase. Very quick response, clear report with excellent practical recommendations. Didn't try to sell me on a whole house inspection or a big remediation plan. Very customer oriented.
