Deck was sanded and stained last summer and looked beautiful, but by dry weather white rings appeared in many places. Asked Mr. Durnell for information regarding this, but received no answer, even though I asked him when I hired him to do pressure washing this fall. Regarding the pressure washing, he pushed all of the debris from the areas that he washed into my freshly manicured beds and gravel, leaving me a huge mess to clean up. The pressure washed areas looked great, but my beds and gravel looked terrible.

The deck cleaning/prep steps were very thorough; however, the stain was applied unevenly. Green growth returned in several areas within 3 months of deck restoration. Contacted ReNew to have surfaces redone and never heard from them again.
