I've used King's for the past three years for exterior jobs, though they also handle interior work. They have replaced and/or (re)painted deteriorated wood siding, cleaned grungy deck surfaces, cleaned dirty skylights, and rerouted downspout drainage to solve water getting into the house. Every year there have been unexpected areas of dry-rot. Bob will spend as much time as you need to show you the problem and review possible solutions. The rates are very reasonable, so the unpleasant surprises are not bank busters.
