Service dept. must be on commission. Estimates are high and don't come out less than estimate. It's as though the estimate is their goal on the total charge.

After taking my car to Harris Ford for the entire 8 years Ive owned it, with virtually no repairs required, they found more than $900 worth of work that that needed to be done. Apparently, there were many service bulletins issued for my car, but never discovered until I had a relatively minor problem.

Was told that brakes needed to be replaced at time I was getting oil changed and said they could do then. I didn't have time and would do it later. At next oil change I asked to check brakes and was told they were good. Makes me wonder about their advise.
