The staff is excellent and the service is first-rate. Being a dealership, it is able to deal with any problem my 13-year-old LS has had. The only downside is that you pay for what you get -- no cheapies here.

Did have some communication/scheduling issues with warranty work. Specifically, we'd scheduled an appointment for replacement of a noisy wiper motor that had to be ordered. When we cancelled and rescheduled for another day, the part was sent back and not reordered for the the rescheduled appointment. When we went in for our appointment the part was not there, so we had to re-reschedule the appointment.
