We had issues with having to return products several different times, it was very difficult to get a supervisor on the phone. And only a supervisor could approve what we needed done because it was a sale that they needed to honor. I just don't recommend them to anyone. The employee who initially took our order ended up quitting during the time it took to deliver the products, and that's why it was so difficult for Lowe's to figure out what was going on because that employee did not complete the correct paperwork. Very incompetent.
