Ryne Richardson has a vast repertoire of exercises to directly and indirectly ease pain and increase strength, flexibility, range of motion and stamina no matter what the initial fitness of the patient. Works with the patient to tailor exercises to provide long term solutions; preventing future problems.

Ryne Richardson was recommended to me as a 'miracle worker' and I have to agree. He diagnosed a shoulder ailment, connecting it to some foot and leg issues, and through exercises, stretches, and massage made the pain go away. Six months later I'm still pain free. He listened intently to all my questions and concerns amd was very patient with his explanations. He and his team are have created a very welcoming and friendly environment.
