We intended to use Tavish to help us with some bathroom remodeling. It started off great. She is quite pleasant and funny. We liked her ideas, and appreciated her interest in sustainability (e.g. encouraging us to reface rather than replace a vanity, and to keep some existing floor tile rather than replace it). But after our first couple interactions, she kept failing to deliver things by the date she'd promised, and claiming to have sent (and re-sent) things we never received. We had scheduled a contractor months in advance and as that date got closer, we became increasingly worried about getting the materials on time Covid-related supply chain issues. We finally sent an email saying we needed her to deliver immediately or we would take another path. Sadly, she didn't respond. We liked Tavis and are sorry it didn't work out. We wondered if perhaps she was too busy with other more lucrative work than our relatively small project.
