I love Dr Chaput but her front office staff and billing Dept gave me incorrect info on insurance acceptance therefore I was unable to see her and bring my kids for an entire year because of that error. I found out about it at the time of my visit with my three kids having over 100 degree fevers and sore throats in the waiting room full of people and was told they couldn’t see us and that we’d have to go to an urgent care. Mind you we had already been to two urgent care appts the weeks prior because I couldn’t make an appt for all three kids and we ended up being misdiagnosed by the urgent care clinic. They missed ear infections and my poor kids were so sick. Not handled well my office manager. No follow up and no call like they said they would do. If it wasn’t for my love of dr Chaput I would never have come back
